Will my private health insurance cover the fees?
All major private medical insurers are accepted. Contact your insurer before your appointment to pre-authorise the consultation, and check whether your policy requires a GP referral – self-paying patients need no referral at all.
Are tests extra, or included in the consultation fee?
Tests are priced separately from the consultation. Dr Assomull will only recommend investigations that are genuinely needed, and where several are appropriate, a package will usually save you money compared with paying for each test individually.
