What heart conditions require a pacemaker?

The conditions that require a pacemaker are typically conditions characterised by a slow heart rhythm and that's caused by the wiring of the heart failing as you get older. What typically happens is the electricity from the top of the heart fails to reach the main pumping chambers and there's a pause which causes dizziness. The simple solution for that is a pacemaker that senses when these pauses occur and triggers the heart to pump with a little electrical impulse.
