Blood pressure tends to rise as you get older. You can consider it part of the aging process. However, there are obvious lifestyle factors that can also elevate your blood pressure.
Stress is one of them. But there are things we can have perhaps more control of, and that includes what we eat, how much we exercise, and how well we sleep.
