So we assume and encourage compliance with all prescribed medications. We also encourage moderate levels of exercise, making sure that you keep your water and salt intake restricted. We also would recommend that you get flu jabs and COVID jabs on an annual basis, as patients with heart failure related to dilated cardiomyopathy are at greater risk of cardiac complications should they catch a virus of this type.
