In order to lose weight quickly, the first thing I would ask you is why do you want to lose it so quickly? Yeah, so really weight loss is always much better done in a sustainable manner. Lots of crash diets work for two weeks, three weeks, four weeks, but then people fail to sustain their behaviours and then they rebound, gain all the weight back again.
