Heart-friendly foods would tend to be the vegetable kingdom. So the more vegetables we eat, the tendency is the better we're going to do from a whole aspect of different health risks. So metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, cancer risk, and all those things are all mitigated by the eating an abundance of vegetables from the vegetable kingdom.
