Whether or not to take supplements, is a really good question because lots of people like to feel that they can get everything they need from a balanced diet. But in fact, as part of your journey in the Anthem process, we'll be looking at your bloods, and we'll be testing for deficiencies in some key nutrients. And some of the things we'll look at are, for example, vitamin D, which is commonly deficient, particularly in the wintertime.

We look at something called an Omega-3 to 6 ratio, which is essential fats, and these are often out of balance as well. And we're also look at things like B vitamins because people can often be deficient in B vitamins as well. So based on these preliminary investigations, we would potentially, yes, we would recommend you take some supplements whilst you are improving all other aspects of your diet.

Some of those supplements you may continue on, and some of them may be just used for a short period of time whilst you're improving other things.
