Well, obviously first of all we'd have a meeting together and I'd ask you a lot about what it is you want to what your goals were, what you want to get out of the programme and we'll spend the first consultation that we have really understanding you and what it is that you want to get, what you want to achieve and then thinking about some of those barriers that there might be, you know why have you not been able to do this in the past, what's got in the way? So the first session is getting to know me, one of the things that's really important about the work that we'll do together is making sure that you are with the right person so understanding or thinking about the rapport that we have making sure the relationship feels good and so we'll do that together in our very first meeting.
