Mental health covers a range of different areas. So there's your behaviour, there's how you think, there's your social context, your emotional wellbeing, and they're all integral in terms of your health, and you can't really have one without the other. You have to think about those things together, and part of what Anthem is about is looking at you as an individual and thinking about how those different things impact on each other.

So if you just looked at one particular area, if you just said, "Oh well, depression's about these particular symptoms," and you didn't think about how that impacts on you as an individual, then you're not necessarily going to get the kind of treatment that you might need.
