It is absolutely possible to manage your symptoms with just lifestyle changes, but we have to accept that may not get you all the way. It certainly is something we have to employ because if we don't, then we are missing an opportunity here. So if your symptoms are, for example, due to palpitations, we know reducing alcohol or cutting it out altogether, reducing caffeine will definitely help with symptoms.

If your symptoms are due to breathlessness and we think this is because you're carrying a bit too much weight, we've checked your heart, everything's fine. We know that exercise will help you lose weight along with changing your nutrition, and that as you shed the weight, you'll be less breathless. So 100% lifestyle modification can help with your symptoms.
