Exercise can greatly benefit your heart health. There are different types of exercises and we should use all of them. So aerobic exercise, what we refer to as cardio, is clearly something that a lot of us will do.

However, all of us should also undertake resistance training or strength training, as well as some isometric stretching. So those are things like yoga, Pilates. All of these exercise will independently contribute to your heart health by improving your bodily function, reducing stress, and thereby minimising your risk of running into problems with either symptoms or heart conditions.
