The best kind of exercise is something that you enjoy doing, that you'll do regularly and that you'll continue doing that's sustainable. We can certainly help you here in our clinic to find the right people to formulate an exercise programme for you. And in my opinion, for me, what works is having a combination of cardio, so aerobic exercise, resistance training, as well as other exercises such as yoga and Pilates, and that's a really well-rounded exercise programme.
