If, when you exercise, your heart rate rises, this is something that needs to be looked at. There's a good chance there's nothing to worry about here. It may just be the way your heart reacts to exercise.

It may just be that you haven't necessarily exercised as vigorously and regularly, especially for this is the first time you've embarked on an exercise program. The key thing we need to figure out is whether that high heart rate is due to an underlying heart rhythm disturbance and exercise has triggered it. And, by using a simple set of diagnostics, typically heart ECG monitors, we can actually figure out whether there's something to be concerned about, or whether we can just reassure you and propose you continue with your exercise program.
