If this is a new finding, then it may potentially suggest that there is an underlying heart rhythm disturbance. If you've only recently started cycling and haven't done much exercise before, this may just be a sign that you are potentially not as fit as we'd expect, and it's taking your heart longer to recover. The good news, if that's the case, is that the more you cycle, the fitter you get and the quicker your heart rate will recover.

If you have any concerns, I'm sure we can help you, even if it's just to reassure you.
